Senior Analyst, HR Service Delivery (HRIS)

 

With solid HR operations knowledge and hands-on HRIS experience, the role helps identify improvement opportunities, assesses system feasibility, and ensures smooth delivery of HR digital initiatives. The role also contributes to strengthening data quality, improving user experience, and supporting the continuous enhancement of HR systems and processes.

 

The role supports the Manager, HR Service Delivery in reviewing, enhancing, and maintaining HR workflows and processes across the employee lifecycle.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a key supporting user for SuccessFactors, providing input on data flows, configuration impacts, and troubleshooting
  • Gather and document business requirements with HR operations teams and stakeholders
  • Participate in project activities including User Acceptance Test (UAT), data validation, and training logistics
  • Build and prepare dynamic reports, data extracts and SuccessFactors dashboards for decision-making and monitoring
  • Review, map and optimise HR workflows, recommend enhancements aligned with digital system capabilities
  • Prepare workflow documentation, process diagrams, and supporting materials for stakeholder discussions
  • Support HR operations across Benefits, Global Mobility coordination, and HRIS related activities
  • Maintain system accuracy through routine checks, audits, and system validations

 

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, Information Systems, or related fields
  • 5 – 7 years of HR operations experience, preferably with familiarity operating SuccessFactors and SAP HR
  • Experience in HR workflow optimisation or HR digital projects is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors reporting and data handling; exposure to SQL or HR analytics tools (e.g. Qlik, PowerBI) is an advantage
  • Sound proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity using emerging AI-powered tools in daily work
