John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited is the holding company of the publicly-listed conglomerate, Swire Pacific Ltd. Our Group Finance Department invites applications for the following position:


System Analyst


This role aims to support the implementation and on-going operations of the Tagetik consolidation system, and to handle other system and automation/digitalization projects within Group Finance.



  • Support project team in migrating data, forms and reports from existing consolidation system 
  • Assist in coordinating testing and rollout of the system
  • Partner with the project team and users in daily operations including data input, and new forms and reports development
  • Escalate and follow up with internal stakeholders and external vendors for any issues arose
  • Support on-going automation projects and other system changes within Group Finance function



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ experience in consolidation system rollout/digitalization/automation projects, preferably for finance-related systems
  • Well versed in Excel manipulation and formulae. Knowledge of Macros would be ideal 
  • Experience with Oracle HFM / CCH Tagetik solution, and/or project and vendor management would be a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficient command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Exposure to digital methodology and tools would be desirable, such as agile, design thinking, MVP and RPA
