John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited is the holding company of the publicly-listed conglomerate, Swire Pacific Ltd. Our Finance & Accounts Department is now inviting candidates to apply for the following position:

Business Analyst, Project Management (2-year contract)

This role aims to support the implementation and on-going operations of the SAP S4 Hana financial system, and to handle other system and automation/digitalization projects.



  • Work with the project team to understand business needs and processes in implementing SAP S4 Hana financial system
  • Support project team in migrating data, forms and reports from existing finance system
  • Assist in coordinating testing and rollout of the system
  • Partner with the project team and users in daily operations including data input, and new forms and reports development
  • Escalate and follow up with internal stakeholders and external vendors for any issues arose
  • Support on-going automation projects and other system changes within Finance & Accounts Department



  • Strong command and knowledge of accounting, computer science or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ experience in system rollout/digitalization/automation projects, preferably for finance-related systems
  • Well versed in Excel and knowledge of Macros would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficient command of written and spoken English and Chinese. 
  • Experience with SAP, and/or project and vendor management would be a plus
