John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited is the holding company of the publicly-listed conglomerate, Swire Pacific Ltd.  Our Staff Department is now inviting candidates to apply for the following position:

 

Staff Services Officer

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for staff’s daily enquiries
  • Provide administrative and personnel support to managers, assist in a full spectrum of HR services from onboarding to offboarding, including staff movement logistics, personnel administration, etc.
  • Assist in organizing staff recognition programme, and handling staff benefits administration
  • Prepare regular management reports
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 2 years’ relevant experience gained from sizable and reputable organizations 
  • Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant legislations and ordinance
  • Exposure to HR administration of PRC/overseas assignment would be desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and HRIS preferably SuccessFactors 
  • A good team player, with excellent organizational skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
