John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited is the holding company of the publicly-listed conglomerate, Swire Pacific Ltd. Our Swire Hong Kong Staff Association (SHKSA) is now inviting candidates to apply for the following position:

 

Staff Association Coordinator

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle daily operations of SHKSA independently, including but not limited to activity enrolment, budget control, operating expenses monitoring and monthly activity report preparation
  • Assist the committee to plan, organise, and implement social and sports events, and ad hoc projects
  • Work closely with contracted agencies and sub-committee members on sports / social arrangements
  • Provide logistics support for SHKSA, and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above, preferably with a recognised certificate / diploma in Recreation Management
  • At least 5 years’ experience in administration. Experience in organising recreational activities would be a definite advantage
  • Creative and able to develop new activity programmes
  • Experience in web content management systems and basic image editing would be a plus 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in verbal English and Cantonese
