Solution Analyst

The Solution Analyst is a technical solution designer and delivery support lead responsible for analysing requirements, shaping solution approaches, and coordinating technical delivery across the enterprise. The role works closely with business analysts, business stakeholders, IT teams and vendors to ensure solutions are designed correctly, integrated effectively, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities: 

• Work with business analysts and to translate requirements into technical specifications, solution options and integration needs
• Review available tools and propose suitable technical solutions; coordinate with vendors to validate designs and ensure alignment with IT standards and the enterprise environment
• Support solution design and integration across enterprise systems and cloud services, ensuring proper configuration and data flow
• Design and maintain automation and AI‑enabled workflows using Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Copilot, Copilot Studio and related technologies
• Participate in implementation activities, including low‑code/RPA development, system testing, UAT, documentation and rollout
• Provide post‑go‑live support and ongoing maintenance to ensure long‑term stability and usability of deployed solutions

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3–5 years of IT solution delivery experience, including work with low‑code platforms, automation/RPA and enterprise applications
• Proven experience with database usage and development. SQL knowledge is required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio and AI‑enabled workflow concepts is an advantage
• Strong communication both oral and written, good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
