John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited is the holding company of the publicly-listed conglomerate, Swire Pacific Ltd. Our Staff Department is now inviting candidates to apply for the following position:

 

Senior Analyst / Analyst, Compensation & Benefits

This role supports the planning and implementation of C&B policies and strategies for internal alignment within the Group as well as to ensure compliance and market competitiveness.  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support in compensation analysis and annual exercise on salary review and bonus planning

  • Handle administration of Group retirement schemes including enrolment and termination of employees

  • Support in reviewing and updating rental guidelines, cost-of-living index and allowances for overseas secondees

  • Liaise with host country HR for salary arrangements including calculation of host country salaries, reconciliation of salaries and tax equalization 

  • Keep abreast of market practices and trends, and consolidate data for market benchmarking and internal comparison

  • Participate in reviewing and updating policies and guidelines, and ensure all information are timely and accurate on intranet

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources Management, Finance or related field

  • 3 years’ HR related experience with strong focus in C&B. Candidates with less experience would be considered as C&B Analyst

  • Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance is a must

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel formulas and functions 

  • Good understanding about market surverys, and working knowledge in SuccessFactors / SAP

  • Attention to details, with high integrity in handling sensitive and highly confidential information

  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
