Recruitment Specialist

 

This role will assist the Manager, Recruitment in planning and executing comprehensive recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives, and engagement outreach efforts, primarily for the Swire Programmes, with occasional support for recruiting experienced hires at the head office as needed.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the candidate selection process, ensuring high-quality standards at each assessment stage, while managing back-end processes to maintain seamless logistics throughout
  • Foster strategic relationships with universities and professional associations to enhance the visibility and attractiveness of the career opportunities at Swire, while also building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders to support recruitment initiatives
  • Confidently represent the company in career events and presentations, effectively communicating our values and career opportunities to prospective candidates
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with agencies and career offices.
  • Oversee social media channels, creating compelling content and employing innovative strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage the applicant tracking system, harnessing data analytics to refine recruitment practices and inform strategic decision-making
  • Stay abreast of market trends to uncover fresh recruitment and collaboration opportunities
  • Provide support for experienced hire recruitment at the head office, as needed

 

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or above in related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and employer branding. Prior experience in graduate recruitment is preferred
  • The proven ability to proactively build relationships and effectively manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the capability of engaging and influencing a diverse range of audiences
  • Strong adaptability, is detail-oriented and a fast learner in dynamic environments
  • Solid project management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data management. Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Qlik Sense is advantageous
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
