Recruitment Officer

 

This role will support Manager Recruitment on driving end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate experience of head offices in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland. The job holder will contribute directly to our overall goal of creating a positive employer brand and attracting high calibers.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Independently and effectively develop a robust candidate pipeline for various business functions through multiple sources and active searching  
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability, and present offers of employment to selected candidates
  • Keep abreast of latest assessment tools and adopt to facilitate the recruitment process
  • Collaborate across teams and business functions to provide exceptional pre and onboarding experiences to new hires
  • Support on implementation and enhancement of employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Explore and adopt HR technologies to enhance candidate experience and boost operational efficiencies
  • Provide support on development and enrichment of recruitment dashboard and reports to generate meaningful analytics and insights about recruitment performance

 

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar role, preferably gained from multinational organisations. Final job title would be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications
  • Passion for recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • High attention to details and excellent organising skill
  • Sound stakeholder management skill, and self-motivation to work under tight timelines
  • Strong capability of analysing data, and be up-to-date on recruitment technologies
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
