Recruitment Officer

 

The job holder is responsible for partnering with Manager Recruitment on the talent acquisition and candidate experience of JS&S experienced hires. The job holder will be accountable for the effective co-ordination of recruitment and onboarding activities, employer branding and marketing initiatives, technology and analytics.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for co-ordinating the end-to-end recruitment activities for experienced hires. 
  • Bring our EVP to life through each touchpoint with candidates.
  • Execute on employer branding and recruitment marketing plans: career site, social media, job boards, professional bodies.
  • Co-ordinate the pre and onboarding experience for new hires, inclusive of the induction programme. 
  • Co-ordinate internship schemes and programmes. 
  • Adopt HR technology to enhance the candidate experience and operational efficiency. 
  • Responsible for recruitment data and generating analytics and reports 
  • Support Manager Recruitment on projects for ongoing improvement and development of the Recruitment centre of excellence.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment
  • Strong in recruitment process management 
  • Proactive and possess excellent planning and organising skills
  • Social media savvy, up to date on recruitment technology and trends and familiar with HR systems
  • Able to collate and analyse data to communicate useful insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to prioritise and work effectively under tight timelines
  • Strong team player and able to partner with stakeholders across all levels 
  • Passionate in delivering exceptional candidate experience
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
