Receptionist

Responsibilities: 

• Perform general reception duties including greeting visitors, answering enquiries and handling couriers
• Manage meeting rooms and facilities bookings efficiently
• Maintain effective communication with both internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth operations
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 5 years of front desk or corporate reception experience in sizable companies
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, with a service-oriented demeanor
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
