John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited is the holding company of the publicly-listed conglomerate, Swire Pacific Ltd.  Our Staff Department invites applications for the following position:



•    Steer the project plan throughout entire project cycle to meet key project milestones and completion timeline
•    Lead the project team, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and professional consultants for project plan and deliverables
•    Assist in developing effective communications to engage project stakeholders and senior management
•    Liaise with departments to ensure effective deployment of policies, guidelines and other related materials
•    Perform ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned




•    A Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years project management experience; individuals who are ready for returning to work after leaving the workforce or career breaks are welcomed
•    Experience in a data protection or compliance role
•    Sound knowledge of data privacy governance such as the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, General Data Protection Regulation, and China Personal Information Protection Law; and the interface with digital and logical security
•    Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua is desirable
•    Immediate availability is highly preferred. Part-time availability (at least 3 days a week) will also be considered
