Manager - Salaries Section

 

The Job:

 

• Provide payroll and payroll related services in a professional and efficient manner
• Supervise the preparation and payment of the monthly regular and additional payroll and their recovery for all staff under the administration of Salaries Section
• Supervise the reporting and timely funding of various retirement benefits schemes, as well as contribution in respect of donation, national insurance, etc.
• Supervise all the payroll related accounting services, such as payroll journals, staff costs forecast, bank payment, account payable, suspense accounts reconciliation, staff costs budget, etc.
• Ensure the timely submission of various notifications/filings to the IRD
• Supervise the administration of medical schemes & loan schemes for expatriate & senior staff
• Ad Hoc analyses and projects

 

Requirements:

 

• A Bachelor’s degree
• Qualification in LCC Higher is preferred
• At least 6-8 years’ payroll/HR experience with hands-on supervisory experience
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Inland Revenue Ordinance, MPF Schemes Ordinance and Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance
• Knowledge in PRC IIT
• Proficiency in Success Factor HR/SAP Payroll System and SAP Accounting System
• Well-organised, logical and systematic thinker who has self-initiative and is able to work under pressure
• Awareness of unfailing observance of confidentiality requirement in handling staff and sensitive issues
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
