John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited is the holding company of the publicly-listed conglomerate, Swire Pacific Ltd. Our Group Internal Audit Department is now inviting candidates to apply for the following position:

 

 

Manager, IT Audit

 

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate IT and cybersecurity audit strategy and plans for the Swire Group with reference to the latest technology trends and the group companies’ development plans
  • Lead a team of audit professionals to provide quality IT audit services across the Swire Group
  • Review results of audit and consulting projects, monitor follow-up actions and provide updates to the Audit Committees
  • Supervise data analytics works, and promote new ideas and tools for digitalisation of audit processes to enhance quality of audit
  • Develop communication channels with stakeholders at the group companies and external auditors for proactively identifying emerging risks and prioritising audit focus
  • Perform ad-hoc and special projects as assigned

 

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, with 10 years of experience in IT auditing or IT management. Candidates with less experience will be considered Assistant Manager, IT Audit
  • Obtained relevant professional qualifications such as CISA or CISSP
  • Solid knowledge of the latest trends and technology, cyber security, and best practices in IT audit
  • The proactivity, with sound analytical and communication skills
  • A strong business acumen, with the ability to challenge the status quo and turn innovative idea into practical solutions
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua is desirable
  • The flexibility to travel frequently
