Manager, Finance Transformation

This role will support the Head of Finance in driving digital transformation of key finance processes. As a Project Manager, the job holder will focus on revamping and automating financial processes, identifying improvement areas, and streamlining existing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs and processes in planning the longevity of existing ERP through feasibility study 
• Collaborate with internal users and external consultants to design, build and implement digital finance workflow, such as staff expense reimbursement and Robotic Process Automation projects
• Partner with team heads to evaluate existing business flow and operations, and identify areas for process improvement in order to streamline processes, and enhance controls and data securities
• Serve as Project Manager to develop project plans, monitor progress, follow up with stakeholders and external vendors for any issues arose, and ensure successful project delivery
• Establish policies and controls and act as system administrator for key finance systems
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or related disciplines, or a qualified accountant
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in finance and accounts with 5 years’ relevant experience in project management or finance transformation 
• Sound knowledge of SAP financial systems is a plus 
• A proactive and self-driven mindset, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• The agility to multitask, prioritise, and organise multiple projects/tasks concurrently
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
