John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited is the holding company of the publicly-listed conglomerate, Swire Pacific Ltd. Our Staff Department is now inviting candidates to apply for the following position:


Manager, Compensation and Benefits



•    Oversee annual review and bonus process, and payment of allowances
•    Manage salary ranges and conduct salary benchmarking 
•    Lead the job evaluation exercise, and align with operating companies
•    Formulate and review policies and guidelines related to COLA, housing, and employment terms and conditions in compliance with regulatory requirements
•    Keep abreast of regulatory changes and advise senior of actions required
•    Ensure proper tax arrangement and tax equalization is implemented in host location  
•    Fulfil reporting requirement of our Group Risk Management Department, Group retirement benefits scheme, and relevant government rules and regulations
•    Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned




•    Bachelor’s degree, with at least 10 years’ C&B experience
•    Proven record in job evaluation system, knowledge of Korn Ferry/Hay system is preferred
•    Hands on experience of using HRIS system, preferably SuccessFactors
•    Excellent skills in office applications such as MS Excel and PowerPoint
•    Attentive to details, and strong sense of integrity and analytical skills
•    Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
