HR Digital Manager

 

We are seeking a process-driven and change-oriented HRIS professional to join our team as HR Digital Manager. As part of HR transformation of the end-to-end process from hiring to retiring, the role will take the lead to design, implement and manage digital initiatives that enables all Staff Department teams to improve the employee experience. The job holder will act as the central source of knowledge and a recognized Subject Matter Expert of HR systems within Staff Department.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the digital transformation of HR processes by identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining workflows, and implementing HR technology solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement HR systems, and ensure seamless integration with existing platforms
  • Develop and maintain HR analytics and reporting capabilities to drive data-informed decision-making and provide insights on key HR metrics. Work closely with IT & Digital team to deliver analytic dashboards to support data-informed decision making in HR
  • Provide daily support and maintenance of HR systems, including processing employee data, generating HR-related reports, performing system testing, and maintaining data integrity
  • Collaborate with IT & Digital team on system operations and projects around security and change management processes, roadmap prioritisation, and solution selection
  • Oversee the update and generation of staff’s leadership profiles for Swire Group’s Staff Conference
  • Ensure data usage and management adhere to IT security and Group Personal Data Policy
  • Contribute in budget process, and perform duties consistent with strategic plans and directives as determined by management

 

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in leadership role of HRIS operations, HRIS implementation or related areas. Exposure to HR Digital Transformation is desirable
  • Working knowledge of data management and data governance, with good understanding of key HR processes and talent management
  • Solid experience in project management methodology such as PMP and Agile Scrum
  • Sound knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivation and a drive to solve problems
  • The agility to multitask, prioritise, and organise multiple projects / tasks concurrently
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
