Executive Assistant to Chairman
This position provides comprehensive, detail-focused support to the Chairman at the Group level. The ideal candidate will be seasoned, highly organised, and an excellent communicator, with a proven ability to operate effectively in a complex environment. Prior experience directly supporting a C-suite Executive within a large, multinational conglomerate is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex calendar, schedule meetings and appointments with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as a primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, proactively prioritising communications and requests
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, business engagements, and corporate activities
- Organise corporate-level social events, coordinating logistics and stakeholder requirements to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents where applicable
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity
- Manage travel arrangements and complex international itineraries
- Oversee expense management, invoice processing and approvals
- Undertake additional projects and assignments as directed
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- At least 15 years’ experience supporting senior executives in multinational organisations
- Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
- Professional, personable, and approachable demeanor
- The ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI tools
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
