John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited is the holding company of the publicly-listed conglomerate, Swire Pacific Ltd. Our Company Secretary Department is now inviting candidates to apply for the following position:

 

Company Secretarial Officer / Assistant (Cathay Pacific Team)


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare company secretarial documentation and arrange for statutory filings in a timely manner
  • Monitor, update and maintain database and corporate records, such as minute book, registers, agreements, etc., in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Assist in arrangement and on-site support for board and committee meetings, and annual general meetings. Draft, review and translate corporate documentation for signing and approval.
  • Support engagement activities with Cathay Pacific’s outport teams, banks, shareholders and other stakeholders
  • Assist in establishing, winding up and restructuring companies as needed
  • Provide clerical support and perform ad hoc assignments as assigned by supervisors


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in any disciplines
  • At least 1 year of company secretarial experience is preferred. Fresh graduate will also be considered. Candidates with more experience would be considered Officer
  • Attentive to details, with good time management to complete tasks within timeline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in verbal and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
  • Experience in using Viewpoint and Boardvantage would be an advantage
