Assistant Manager, HR Business Partnering

 

The role aims to strengthen parterships across HR functions and line departments, to develop and deliver HR solutions which enable achievement of business objectives. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Build strong and long-term relationship with line managers and staff of designated business divisions
  • Provide HR advisory and consultancy to designated business divisions, from talent acquisition and retention, employee relations to performance management
  • Establish tools and analytics to analyse trends and metrics for strategic development and accomplishment of HR objectives
  • Collaborate with different HR teams to deliver HR strategic initiatives and plans
  • Lead or assist in programmes and projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience gained from sizable international corporation
  • Solid experience and proven track record in all-round human resources management disciplines
  • Complete understanding of Employment Ordinance and other relevant legislations
  • Highly motivated, insightful, and outstanding people management skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Fluent Putonghua is desirable
