Administrative Officer
This role is focused on supporting the retirement scheme administration and providing a full range of secretarial, administrative and operational support to the department. The position would also support the administrative duties for the office floor.
Responsibilities:
- Handle retirement scheme administration, including member enrolment and updates, terminations, benefit payments, and the monthly cashflow projections
- Organise and manage meeting schedules, calendars, travel arrangements, expense claims, and departmental correspondence for the Head of Group Retirement Benefits and the team
- Manage office operations, including supply inventory, payment handling, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor the department’s general inbox, assist with clerical tasks, and prepare monthly activity logs
- Support floor administration, such as access card control and maintenance coordination
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A diploma or higher qualification
- A minimum of 2 years of secretarial or administrative experience
- Good proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and document management tools such as Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Chinese typing
