Swire Finance Programme 2024

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Swire Finance Programme. The objective of the programme is to develop high performing, high potential individuals into future senior finance leaders who share our common set of values. Participants in the programme will experience job rotations every few years, allowing them to explore different industries, countries, and cultures. Key Requirements:
- Business and commercial acumen and the aspiration to become a Finance Director
- Intellectually curious and with strong learning agility
- Qualified accountants (HKICPA, CICPA, ICAA, ICAEW, USCPA, ICAS, CICA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Relevant experience to join at either Team Leader or Operational Leader level
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Other language skills are an advantage, especially Chinese (Putonghua or Cantonese)
- Geographic mobility will be expected. Swire Finance Programme Executives will spend most of their time working in HKSAR and the Chinese Mainland but may also be required to work in other countries where our businesses operate. The extent of travel outside HKSAR will depend on which industry/operating company you work in.
