Manager, Healthcare Project

 

This role aims to support Swire's healthcare portfolio by managing a range of strategic initiatives designed to bolster both commercial and clinical strategies while enhancing overall business performance. The Project Manager will collaborate intimately with hospital teams to guarantee that these strategic initiatives are implemented in a timely, accurate, and successful manner.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Develop comprehensive task lists for healthcare initiatives, ensuring alignment with the key strategic objectives and healthcare delivery goals
  • Establish key milestones, and closely manage timelines to ensure project schedules are delivered within timeframes
  • Collaborate with hospitals and Swire teams to strategically plan and allocate resources effectively, such as team allocations, investments, external support, etc
  • Oversee project budgets and expenses with an understanding of healthcare financing and cost-saving measures
  • Identify project risks and develop strategic mitigation plans to maintain project integrity
  • Evaluate project outcomes and leverage findings to foster continual improvement and enhance future project success

 

To be successful in this role, you must have:

 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or above in related disciplines. Candidates with professional qualifications such as PMP is preferred
  • At least 5 years of project management experience in sizeable corporations, and/or consultancies. Experience in healthcare projects is a plus
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and Project
  • Sound project management experience, with the ability to effectively manage resources and orchestrate multiple projects simultaneously to achieve strategic goals
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
