Hainan Daji Investment Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Swire Pacific Limited which is primarily used to hold onshore investments in the Chinese Mainland. Our Healthcare team is now inviting candidates to apply for the following position:
 

Manager, Finance (Healthcare)

This role primarily manages the financial operation for the healthcare team and will contribute to the setup and ongoing management of the onshore entities.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily financial transactions and maintain cash flow for onshore entities
• Prepare regular financial updates, interim, and annual reports for management review
• Collaborate with investee portfolio companies on regular reporting, fair value updates, and on-the-ground support
• Manage the accounting records of onshore entities, prepare financial reports and accounts consolidations to Head Office
• Partner with portfolio accounting team to prepare budgets and update financial forecasts
• Manage the annual local audit, tax filing, and corporate compliance matters for onshore entities
• Perform ad hoc analysis and assignments as required

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines, with professional qualifications such as CICPA, AICPA, HKICPA or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in financial and management accounting. Candidates with experience working in international/sizeable CPA firms are highly preferred
• Proven experience in handling local reporting requirements and reporting to overseas management
• An advanced knowledge of financial laws, regulations and compliance requirements in the Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong
• Sound experience with accounting software such as SAP, Tagetik, Yonyou, Kingdee 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel
• The ability to work independently, and be self-motivated and result-oriented
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
