The Swire (Beijing) Management Consultancy Limited provides management, internal auditing and risk management services to the Swire group companies in the Chinese Mainland. Our Group Internal Audit Department is now inviting candidates to apply for the following position:

IT Auditor

To provide information technology audit services to all Swire Pacific Group companies, excluding Cathay Pacific.
Responsibilities:

• Carry out IT audit assignments for Swire companies for 5 Divisions to evaluate IT system controls and security. Assist Senior IT Auditor and IT Audit Manager in ad-hoc tasks and investigation works

• Draft audit reports, provide and discuss feasible solutions with IT Management

• Follow up on client’s implementation status of our audit recommendations

• Perform data analysis based on predefined risks and pass the results to operation audit team within Group Internal Audit Department for further audit works

• Maintain good relationship with clients, including key IT staff members in different divisions

• Enrich IT Audit skills, IT Technical/Cybersecurity knowledge, and data analytic skills. Develop new methods to improve the efficiency of audit and data analytics
   

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree major in information technology or related disciplines, with at least 3 years' relevant experience in IT auditing or information technology
• Certified Information Systems Auditor, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in using data visualisation tools such as Python, Qlikview etc.
• Strong organizational, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Frequent travel should be expected
