We are now inviting candidates to apply for the following position, which will be employed under John Swire & Sons (China) Limited - Beijing Resident Office.
 

  • Corporate Affairs Specialist

 

This role aims to efficiently and timely support the Government Affairs and Public Affairs teams in the planning and organising annual and ad-hoc activities in the Chinese Mainland.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure smooth execution of annual events and conferences, such as liaison with internal and external stakeholders, event planning and logistics, and on-site operations
  • Assist with managing projects and events, such as organising the arrangement, promotions and other logistics
  • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate contact management system
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

 

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above in public affairs, public administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, corporate communication or in a similar role
  • Exceptional management and organisational skills, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
